...for someone who is 6'1" and weighs 165 lbs? What would you think their max would be.
hmm a 45 and a 10 on each side
Should be at least their body weight.
lol stupid question. if he's been lifting for a while it could be a lot, if not it could be like someone said, a feather.
i'd guess something ~120 lbs
6'1 and 165 sounds pretty thin.
i'm guessing 185-205 would be about max
how the hell are we supposed to answer that?
I was benching 155 at 6'2 165.
i'd guess probably 145x5
I'm 5'10 and weigh 154.
At the moment i can bench 154.

I'm 6ft float between 160-168 and the most I've done is 230...
thats my size, and i put up 215 and was pretty happy, and i am pretty skinny
but im working on it, i used to be 150
i'm 6'0, 146lbs and i've done 180x2
at 165 I was maxing something like 185
the average male benches %93 of his body weight.
so that would be about 153 pounds.

My friend's like 140lb (5'5 height) and he maxed out 225lbs (1rep) last week...
What do you bench? Just out of curiosity. Deep 300s? 4?
i'm maxing around 245-255 right now @ 165 lbs or so, but i'm 5'8
Really? I've seen dudes that arent as big as him who can do 3. My friend was one of them. he was like 5'7ish 165 and he put up 315....
