Low fat cream cheese and a some canned pineapples or pears to mix in it (doesn't take much). Maybe some baby spinach to make salads with. Some crackers for the tuna. Diet sodas or crystal light.

    Oatmeal
    Peanut butter
    Frozen veggies
    Ground turkey breast
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Apples
    Low-carb pita bread

That's been my standard for a few months..I do really well if I just eat the same thing every day, I get into a routine and don't binge.

i just said scumburg since some people dont know where hp is :ugh:

so, you got hook up at your gym? :x:

HP park district is charging me: $45/3months trial (if i like it, that 3months can go towards the full year payment of $175).

ballys in scumburg rd is $19down.19month but with 3yrs contract :ugh:

lifetime is $250 INITIAL FEE and $50 basic pass :hs:

hehe alright, i thought maybe you found something better.

as for having hookups at my gym, i just switched over to Xsport in arlington heights and its pretty commercial, they can't make a deal outside of their list prices without contacting the corporate center first. A year for you would probably be like 374 unless you somehow talked them down. Personally I'm not that impressed with the facility and don't think it would be worth the drive or the extra money. The atmosphere is pretty good motivation during peak hours though. :dunno:

How is the gym at the park district though? I used to lift at Elk Grove PD's gym and it was pretty impressive, but 255/yr for students, I think it was an extra hundred if you were a non-resident non-student.

i havent seen the facility in HP yet. currently im still working out at Xsport in Niles (golfmill)....my membership expires on the 16th of this month :wtc:

if what not, ill prolly just make some deal (corporate wise) with LIFETIME fitness------i dont mind paying $50 a month...its the useless $250 intial fee thats bogus :ugh:

i havent been to xsport in AH, but you should check out Niles-----brand new equipment and lots of jailbaits alll day round :x: :naughty:
