probably not. ive only gained about 3-4 lbs since i last posted, but my strenght has gone up all over

built like a nfl wide reciever up top, but the legs are what really make nfl players stand out.
my legs are nothing special. i think my calves are a bit small for my frame. thats not to say i dont work legs though

i can see the whole 6 pack which prob means ~10 or lower
