    I've been very bland with my shakes. Though I'm gonna start spicin' it up for at least one a day. Currently I just drink regular chocolate whey w/ milk (2% fat) shakes. One of the shakes durin' the day I put in 1/2 cup of oats (no, not steel cut).

    I'll probably start puttin' in a whole banana and some peanut butter. My BCAA's would be nice to throw in but the watermelon taste doesn't go well at all with the chocolate.

    water

    breakfast or before bed (depends on day):

    1 cup old-fashioned oats

    1 tbsp honey
    milk

    but lately its been
    2 scoops strawberry whey
    1 banana
    1 scoop rasberries

    Im thinking about mixing it with orange juice and seeing where that takes me.
