I used have a huge bag filled with tons of shit.

I had: Straps, gloves, ankle weights, belt, ipod shuffle, tanning lotion, basketball shoes, basketball, extra clothes to change into after showering.

Now, I don't give a fuck. I got sick of carrying everything around. Now I shower at home, and the only thing I take with me is my ipod.
Once in a while when I know I am going to be playing a lot of basketball I will load a small backpack with my shoes.

Not a bad point. Perhaps I dont want to get into the habit of carrying excessive shite around. Hmmmm.

    I guess it depends.

I see dudes that come into the gym with two full bags. They sit there after their workout in the locker room and spend 20min mixing their proteins, BCAA's, NO-Xplode, Cellmass, etc... into 2 different shakers.

I used to do that too, but just got sick of it. Maybe i'm just lazy, but now I prefer to get in there and get out with as little hassle as possible.
