    if its good and fresh it shouldn't need much of anything

    but glazing it with teriyaki sauce and shit never hurts

    :rofl: that's true. I was grilling it last night, looked outside to see flames all over the fucking place. Damn family cooked all sorts of greasy burgers and shit on memorial day and didn't clean anything. Salmon was charred and it was still amazing. Put a little mango salsa on it this time and mixed it in with some whole grain rice

    i put it in a bowl with some olive oil, dry white wine, spices, salt + pepper...let it sit for 15 mins, then toss it under the broiler for 5-10 until it's browned and juicy, then put a little lemon juice on it...shit never needs sauce or anything, tastes fuckin perfect everytime
