beef jerky (devouring now) tuna+rice ~5.
Bowl of Oatmeal
Bowl of 98% Fat Free Chili
Bowl of 98% Fat Free New England Clam Chowder
Haven't been to the grocery store in a while and grabbed whatever I could find off the pantry shelf
how do they taste? what brand?

about a cup of rice
and a glass of milk

1/4 cup of Cottage cheese
green and red peppers
all mixed together and laid down on top of a bed of spinach.

4 oz's of Salmon
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, some sunflower seeds and an apple (cutting )
spinach salad w/ broccoli
4 egg whites
meal 2 woke up kinda late
2 loaves of bread and 500 calories of peanut butter
that's it? You're never going to get swole eating like a fucking bird son.
I had an sandwich with roast beef and turkey. A cup of cottage cheese as well. I'm cutting.
im pretty sure if u consume up to 500 calories of peanut butter or nuts, its does not cause extra weight gain
I'm pretty sure you need to eat at least a entire jar of PB and a roll of cookie dough if you want to GFH.
for a guy coming off a bread cycle it looks fine
Son, the canadian winter has frozen your tiny brain. 2 Loaves of bread is not a sufficient dosage. I'm Elite, I know these things.
I'm eating the following:
2 cans chunk lite tuna in water (drained and bumblebee of course)
1 microwavable bag of rice (Thanks Uncle Ben)
1/2 bottle of Cholula over aforementioned tuna/rice
1 twinkie (so fucking declicious)
16oz ice water
foot long chicken bacon and ranch
every time i eat peanut butter, i have the hardest time not eating the whole jar
