    im pretty sure if u consume up to 500 calories of peanut butter or nuts, its does not cause extra weight gain :ugh:

    2 cans chunk lite tuna in water (drained and bumblebee of course)
    1 microwavable bag of rice (Thanks Uncle Ben)
    1/2 bottle of Cholula over aforementioned tuna/rice
    1 twinkie (so fucking declicious)
    16oz ice water
