    Man's dinner:

1lb chicken in my special sriracha marinade, .6lb top sirloin cooked in the remnants of the chicken (sauce tastes better on the chicken), and about 1 cup of broccoli.

    Calories: 950
    Fat: 20
    Carbs: 11
    Protein: 170

I'm cutting and I'm still short 340 calories :hs::rofl:...that's for a normal cut based on weightlifting...I did 15 minutes of HIIT and played 2 hours of basketball--might be time for a mass meal shake :o

I had two tums because I haven't eaten this much meat in a long time.

Thats looks to be around 45g of protein. Split that recipe into 3 meals right?

Last time i had anywhere close to 170g of protein was at the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Can't stop eating the Bulgogi and Galbi

I had that all in one sitting :o...the plates are big, so that may be why it doesn't look like much food. I can eat with the best of them and I got the meat sweats half-way through.

A penny would probably cover half of one of those pieces of steak.

Mix the following in a bowl and let sit in fridge for 2 hours to marinate prior to cooking:
    1.5lb cubed chicken
    1tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1tsp rice vinegar
    3tsp sriracha
5 cloves of garlic, 2 sliced and 3 minced
A pinch of salt and pepper

I cook it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Make sure the pan is hot, pour some oil in and once it starts smoking throw the chicken (already mixed in the sauce) in. Brown both sides of the chicken, then cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes until the inside is cooked.

I'm cutting and I'm at a pretty large caloric deficit for the day still :hs:

Let me know what you think of it. My fiance and my roommate really like it. My roommate was like, "I don't know how I ever ate chicken while cutting without this."

The sauce probably adds 50 calories or so to the chicken at most.

I missed a meal today, so I had a lot of calories to make up for tonight...ended up having a triple meat with one slice of cheese from In-N-Out (substituted ketchup for the spread to avoid the completely empty calories) and followed that up with 2.5tbsp of peanut butter.

Definitely wasn't as good as last night :o
