you poke holes in that while you marinated? how long? carribean jerk is an incredible flavor, i usually stick w/ the dry seasoning though :dunno:.

btw, i had 1 2/3 cups of tuna help fettucini alfredo, it was really good.

nah i thawed it out and put the chicken in a pan and poured the marinade all over it and flipped them a few times. put it in the fridge for about an hour, and flipped them around a few times in between. next time im going to marinade them longer, they will be so tender

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Jack Daniel's grilling sauce - Honey smokehouse) with black beans, along with water, fish oil, and ADAM multi.

didn't poke holes? ziploc bag in the fridge i take it?

We finally got some propane today, marinating stuff and cooking it on the foreman lately has sucked, but should be much better outside. Also, i need to get some actual marinade stuff and not just regular BBQ sauce, it's a lot more flavorful so the meat soaks up more.

i've never poked holes before. i'll try it next time. i just put it in the fridge in a ceramic pan because it was only in there for an hour, i didnt want to bother with bags or anything
