I am looking for something semi-easy to make for dinner. I haven't had fish in awhile.

What kind of fish is easy to make?

    Thinking:

    Salad,
    Fish of some sort.
    ??? Pasta ???

    what else?

fish and pasta is questionable (depending on the fish)

Fish and rice is the shit

Wild or mexican rice, that is.

All fish is easy to make.

Coat in olive oil, pepper and salt (hot pepper flakes optional). Throw fish on hot pan, cook for 5 min. (depending on thickness) and flip, cook for another 3-5 min. Done.

I've always been a fan of salmon mixed in with standard marinara pasta.

Tonite I'll be having chicken, rice and spinach all mixed together. With salt and pepper .. since those are the only seasonings I'm told I can use. :mamoru2:

Italian Tuna Salad is good. Take a normal salad, take a can of tuna in olive oil, open pour into salad and sprinkle with red wine vinegar. Very yummy. Add some olives and feta cheese ... Mmmmm ...
