Just trying to see how everyone splits up their training...
If you guys also lift weights/run, please add it in too...
Also it'll be great if you guys could describe your workout routine...

Just trying to see how everyone splits up their stuff... and copy what works (workout/running). Since my training schedule seems to be pretty good, I would like to add other stuff in also.

I lift weights Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sun and do bjj Tues/Thurs usually. If I don't have a lot of work to do I also train monday/wed.

I copied my idols training regimen because he's the best, and to be like him you have to train like him.

I've taken the past month and a half off. I was mentally and physically exhausted. And moving and having my work load at work double was just too much for me.

I will be completely moved into my new place by tonight. I am getting over my 3rd cold in 5 weeks, and I should be back on monday. I feel gross, i look gross, i just cant wait to get back in the gym now.

Used to do boxing 5 days a week from 6-8pm but with school and work now I'm lucky if I get in 3 times a week.

edit: don't really do much outside of boxing except a little running every now and then.

Monday: undoubtedly the toughest no gi bjj class of the week. We spend about 20 minutes doing a heavy fucking warm-up and the rest usually goes to just rolling around, but sometimes we do a few drills too. Some Mondays I'm too tired to fuck with the bjj class so I take kickboxing instead.

Tuesday: pretty mellow gi class where we just train technique.

Wednesday: same as above except without a gi. I also do an hour of kickboxing on this day after my bjj class.

Thursday: gi bjj and an hour of kickboxing after that.

Friday: sometimes I take the bjj class here. It's usually just mat time for us to go over what we learned during the week. I can't usually make it to the bjj class though, so I take the kickboxing class later on at night.

    Saturday: vegetate

    Sunday: burn churches
