What's better to get, Muscle Milk Light or CEE?

    I don't want to spend on both. I just started lifting seriously a little while ago and was wondering what would be the better supplement to buy. Presently I just use some whey protein and a multivitamin.

    CEE. Muscle milk is like whey protein but with more fat/carbs and is good as a meal replacement.

    depends.



    I'd go for MM because I have a hard time waking up in the morning before work, so having a meal replacement makes things a lot easier as far as getting some cals/protein to start the day off.


    If you don't have any use for meal replacement then maybe go with cee? :dunno:
