To start my workout, I lift either arms or legs for around 30 minutes.

Then I do either 30 minutes on the bike or 15 minutes on the treadmill(7 mph). Which of these two will produce results faster?

don't read the stickies and pick a good routine that fits your goals

absolutely don't pick a routine that isn't useless like your current one sounds, you sure wouldn't want to do something that would work

continue doing current routine and just buy tons of supplements, i'm sure you'll be huge in no time,,,,,maybe with some der celltech you'd be a powerlifter overnight

so here's the routine of champions:
    work arms
    work legs
    drink celltech
    watch pumping iron
    =
    being awesome

    .

make sure you don't lift anything too heavy, obviously you don't want to look like Jay Cutler (which will happen if you have more than 100+ on a bar)

don't lift legs - theyre fucking useless. small muscles too

carbs = energy, so pizza = energy (use this formula for success, all these diet gurus make money by scamming you into thinking you need to maximize protein while minimizing carbs and fats :bs:)
