whats best way to burn calories?

    just wondering.. im not really fat.. 5'5 143 lbs.. i just have that little fat right above the belt line.. thiers 2 questions...

    1) does working out your abs help u lose fat around that area?

    2) whats the best cardio workout to do to have the most fat loss?(time doing exercise/ what kind of exercise ex. biking/running)

    im guessing your about 15?

    1.) no
    2.) lift weights/light cardio, rinse repeat

    best or most effective?

    best = sex, and lots of it

    most effective = lifting weights and cardio

    yea ik lifting w8s and cardio i already do that. but, i havent really figured out how much cardio to do.

    I'd say go until you puke. That's usually a good indicator that your body is starting to take you seriously. If you are sore, that is your body laughing at you and telling you to quit now.

    I'm exactly where you are (5'5" 143lbs) :coolugh:

    Trying to get a solid 6 pack, but that might take me down to 130-135 which is very low :wtc: Perhaps a clean bulk afterwards
