Is there any validity to it or is it just some advertising strategy?
hydrolyzed = teh winnar
Hydrolyzed digests the mosts quickly, so its ideal for during & post workout drinks. But it tastes like vomit.
ON = win
ON is a mixture of WPI and WPC not 100% hydrolised
I got a custom mix of True Protein. It is 50% Hydrolyzed Whey Concentrate, 25% Dextrose, and 25% Maltodextrin with BSL Chocolate flavoring. It tastes great.
So ON's partially hydrolyzed protein is better than EAS's non-hydrolyzed protein as a post-workout drink?
ON is mostly whey concentrate
i prefer hydrolyzed due to less GI distress
