whats agood diet for cutting?

    Fast food 3 times a week to boost metabolism, keep cals under 1500 every other day, and almonds have almost no calories (you can pig out on them to fill you up without getting fat). Make sure you don't eat after 6pm.

    Yep. But I would also add that you try to consume about 30% of your macros as protein and get your EFA's.
    Beyond that.... enjoy yourself... somewhat. Eating 'clean' is not necessary.

    and make sure you can adequate candycorn in your diet, it's great for nutrient partitioning

    dude. havnt you been cutting for 3ish weeks and you've made some progress. just stick to what you're doing, it's obviously been working.

    while I question his advice as well... he did say every other day.
    Especially if he's eating over 3000 calories on the other days. That would still calculate to an average of 2300 calories per day.

    Almonds are definitely calorically dense IMO. 1 oz. (22 almonds) I believe is 169 calories.

    Calories should be bw*11. Eat foods that are filling. Drink water or diet drinks. Have a breakfast with at least 500-600 calories. Drink a casein shake before bed.

    neither is eating every 3 hours. other than reducing calories, NOTHING is necessary :rolleyes:
