just got the GTO a couple of months ago. used the rest of the NXT we had laying around about a month ago, however i've noticed that its not very durable and seems to have worn off a good deal already.

so what do you guys recommend to use over the winter months, she sits outside :wtc: so im looking for the most durable stuff out there really.

Collinite 845 IW or 476S. 476S lasts longer, but 845 looks better. All of my cars are wearing 845 for the winter :) I can find 845 locally at advanced auto too... in the back where the boating stuff is.

I second the Collinite 845 recommendation. I've had it on some customer's car now since late August/early September and it is holding up very well. Best of all, it really looks good.

    Properly prepped paint, of course:

Claying and polishing as needed prior to waxing.

Yep, exactly how I do it :) Apply with an aplicator, polish off with a MF towel.

Yeah, use a foam hand applicator, apply a thin coat to a few panels at a time, then go back and remove. Very easy to use.
