i hate batteries. Also they lag compared to good wired input devices. Furthermore, the Logitech G5 simply cannot be matched by anything wireless, at this point.

the wireless ones arent very precise. Most of the new ones have docking stations to charge them and no batteries

Whats the point of having wireless when you never move your keyboard or mouse far enough away to matter

no wires to get snagged :dunno:

no wires to have to route to where the mouse/kb are, less clutter, etc.

you've never had your mouse wire get snagged/tangled on something??

Even a little bit of resistance during an online game is enough to do away with wires.

No, because the added "lag" of wireless far outweighs the cord. And my G5 is PERFECT. The weights let me have it perfectly balanced, and I plug the mouse into the usb hub on my keyboard, so that's easy, and the desk is clean, so no snags.

I have the Logitech MX 3200 set, and its pretty sweet, and cordless. -Use my computer almost all the time, and hardly ever have to change the batteries. It uses double A batteries, no charging port required.
