Im looking for a good Windows based program to convert any format to .flv, that can preferably utilize multiple cores, and convert as fats as possible. Splitting video into equal parts is also a must.

I've been using Allok Video Splitter before, but its been pissing me off recently (not saving any settings), and its not fast at all.

    Can anyone recommend something?

ive used kingdia media converter with good success.
Remember though, most converters still require adobe codecs to properly encode and the best are still available from adobe.
IMO, find a "borrowed" copy of flash 8 and use the adobe video converter included with it, it does the best job.
