I don't like doing skull crushers because I never feel like I get the groove quite right.

I can't do close grip bench cuz my left wrist is screwed up. I can't even do regular bench now.

I don't like triceps machine exercises cuz I did them for years and got nothing.

And I don't like dips because I get too much anterior deltoid involvement. I never do shoulder work anyway because I get enough just from benching. My delts must be wired weird.

What else is there? Seated french presses with a DB? Can you do those yourself without dropping the DB when you're done?

My arms are super small. Here's a recent pic:

I do uh.. I think they're called incline DB tricep extensions.
    No triceop pulldowns?

Kickbacks are retarded. It's basically the same movement as a cable pressdown but with worse leverage.

I don't do close grip much anymore.

    I would do
Overhead Ext and incline skull crushers. Put as much emphasis on the long head of the tricep as you can. You get plenty of lateral head emphasis from your pressing movements.

Oh ps you need to hit your shoulders, they look terrible.

I'd say jump on the dips... I'm not sure what you mean by "too much" shoulder movement... if it's hitting your tris then it's hitting your tris :dunno:

They're ok for a finisher but not a main mass builder. You can't go heavy enough on them.
