I'm about to start cutting very hard within a week. My current Vitamin regimen includes:

    Fish Oil USP
    Flax Seed Oil USP
    Vitamin B Complex USP
    Centrum Silver
    Zinc, Magnesium Calcium USP
    1000mg of Vitamin C USP
    Rarely a Calcium Supplement USP
Sometimes Glucosamine Supplement for my joints

Any reccomendations for a soon to be cutter?

Last time I cut I went on the ecy stack but was wondering where I can buy some (no longer illegal) and if there is anything better out there or same or better strength. This is going to be my 3rd and LAST hardcore cutting cycle.

    1st cut cycle 17-18 325lbs-180-210lbs @6'4"-6'5"
1st Cycle of hardcore weightlifting regimen to 230 after cutting cycle.

    2nd cut cycle 20-21 290lbs-240lbs @6'6"

    3rd cut Cycle coming up now. @ 22 Prolly around 300-320lbs 6'6"

For those who are wondering why I gained the weight back is I literally completely stopped caring about myself. Of course that means laziness too but it also means severe depression and PTSD/Anxiety attacks. I didn't just eat, I quit going to school for over a year and am going back. I also stopped seeing every single one of my friends even before I started putting fat back on.

That's who it is marketed to. My uncle helped me setup my vitamin plan. He recommended the centrum silver because it has better anti aging effects and great memory stuff.

Since you're already taking a multivitamin, (which you're overpaying for, just go with the generic brand) and you insist on adding even more, go with vitamin D. You're already getting sufficient nutrients from the multi and your food but the extra Vitamin D is worth the money if only for it's link to cancer prevention.

I'll look into the vitamin D stuff. As far as overpaying goes I'm not too worried about that since I only buy vitamins usually 2x a year and get them from costco in large 200+ bottles. :wiggle:

If you're so big I don't see why you should be so damned worried about vitamins and detailed unimportant shit like that.

Should look at daily allowances for fat-absorbed vitamins, like A, E D.
Extra vitamin D is a stupid idea, especially if you spend any time in the sun. Take a basic multi, and get your veggies.

    Fishoil isn't a vitamin.

Yeah, again...extra Vitamin D is bad if you spend any time in the sun, and its fat-soluble, so bad idea to take extra amounts of it.

Just drink some vitamin enriched milk and go outside. Fucking vitamin d bandwagoners
