My current Vitamin regimen includes: Fish Oil USP Flax Seed Oil USP Vitamin B Complex USP Centrum Silver Zinc, Magnesium Calcium USP 1000mg of Vitamin C USP Rarely a Calcium Supplement USP Sometimes Glucosamine Supplement for my joints Any reccomendations for a soon to be cutter? Last time I cut I went on the ecy stack but was wondering where I can buy some (no longer illegal) and if there is anything better out there or same or better strength. This is going to be my 3rd and LAST hardcore cutting cycle. 1st cut cycle 17-18 325lbs-180-210lbs @6'4"-6'5" 1st Cycle of hardcore weightlifting regimen to 230 after cutting cycle. 2nd cut cycle 20-21 290lbs-240lbs @6'6" 3rd cut Cycle coming up now. @ 22 Prolly around 300-320lbs 6'6" For those who are wondering why I gained the weight back is I literally completely stopped caring about myself. Of course that means laziness too but it also means severe depression and PTSD/Anxiety attacks. I didn't just eat, I quit going to school for over a year and am going back. I also stopped seeing every single one of my friends even before I started putting fat back on.
