Anything good? Currently eating some cashews/peanuts but am looking for something new.
Whole wheat bagel with peanut butter.
Not bad, but seems more something I'll eat for breakfast rather then a snack
I think snaking on almonds are healthier than peanuts/cashews
you could go for a supreme bar
are you looking for low cal? some if my favorites are edemame, dried fruit, rice cakes, tortilla, or pretzels.
Not necessarily low cal. Just put rice cakes on the list
So what, you can't eat breakfast foods as snack?
It's got carbs and healthy fats.
Cashews + almonds + some Chex mix.

An apple with PB.
.5 cup pearled barley + 1 can tuna + 1/2 TBSP olive oil.
My brunch snack (9:00am) is usually an eggwhite omlette with a little diced ham & fat free cheese inside. If I dont have time in the morning to make it, I usually have either 20 almonds, an apple, or grapes. Dunno

I'll eat a pizza or subway in between meals...if i'm feeling sexy, ill drink some muscle milk
no protein and high carbs with high fat for the lose. But you have a fast metabolism so it really doesnt matter what the fuck you eat. asshole.
not that a bagel with PB is horrible but there are better choices imo.
