Style, ever tried the Vanilla Ice Creme flavor? I've been looking into trying some out but haven't gotten around to it. That and I get burned out on chocolate flavored stuff rather quickly.

Also I was wondering if you could just get the unflavored stuff, mix it with milk and then add a bit of flavored Nesquick to taste.

You think there would be any harm in getting unflavored and adding whatever flavor Nesquick I want for taste? I may go that route to keep a nice variety of flavor so I don't get burned out on any specific one. And I can always add it to juice as well and get the juice flavor. Variety is the spice of life afterall.

Here are the Nutritional Facts on Nesquick:

    Serving Size 2 teaspoons

    Calories: 90
    Total Fat: 0g
    Trans fat: 0g
    Saturated fat: 0g
    Cholesterol: 0mg
    Sodium: 0mg
    Total Carbs: 21g
    Dietary Fiber: 0g
    Sugar: 13g

So other than the 13g of sugar I don't see anything too terribly bad about Nesquik. :dunno:

Just picked up some of the ON Any Whey (unflavored 100% Whey Protein). Mixed it in my milk w/ a bit of Nesquik and it tastes delicious. Mmm, Nesquik. Goes really good with a peanut butter sammich. :yum:

17g out of a 20.5g serving. I don't mind not having those extra 7g that the preflavored has since I'll probably be eating a peanut butter sammich with my drink most of the time and that's another 16g of protein (8g per tablespoon, 2 tablespoons per sandwich). So I'm all good. Plus I'll probably do double servings in my drinks as well.

those are free-form BCAA's. The BCAA's in ON are just part of all the various amino acids that make up the protein. Every protein powder, actually every complete protein source, has them in similar amounts.

i like dymatize, and anabolic innovations is good too. I also like syntrax matrix, even though they are shady bastards and won't reveal the amount of whey vs the amount of milk protein in the mix, i like the idea of a blend rather than just whey for most uses.

can everyone post price/sizes for their "favorite" proteins? i wonder if ordering them would be cheaper than getting from costco
