What's a good pre-workout suppliment for lean energy

    I'm trying to build endurance and cut fat for rock-climbing...
    so I'll be doing a lot of high-rep-low-weight lifts and a shitton of cardio.

    What would be a good pre-workout supplement that won't bulk me up, might even help slim me up, wont fuck with my head too much, will energize me?

    I was using NOXplode back when I was lifting, but doesn't that inflate your muscles? I'm trying to get stronger without getting any bigger... cut, lean, strong, lots of endurance.

    Not sure what lean energy is but no, NO explode doesn't 'inflate' your muscles. If you like it, it's fine.

    yeah, my friend told me to use 'weight gainer'.. its like fat filled protein shakes n shit.. im not trying to gain extra mass... i just want to strenghten and tone and trim what ive already got..

    so yeah i want something that will boost my workout performance without having other shit thats supposed to bulk me up..
