i'm tryin to lose some fat, i'm 5'11" 170 pounds. i find myself eating a lot. what's a good snack that will be satisfying, but not be high in calories? also, cheap is good. as ya'll can probably tell, i don't know much about working out, and eating right, so i'll take all insults with a grain of salt.

pickles are high in sodium usually.

but why not a chicken salad? Or salad sans chicken, or with tuna? And use low fat or non fat dressing.

I'm to the point now that I'll bake chicken or whatever, and eat it in the car on the way home in a napkin or whatever.

Who gives a shit. Unless he has hypertension what's the point, your body gets rid of excess anyways.

That said, cottage cheese, chicken, any kind of veggies, egg whites (I hard boil like 20 at a time and just snack on them whenever. salt and pepper FTW.)

Yea, which confuses me cause it has like 3g carbs, and according to a nutrition class there are like 3 calories for ever 1g of carb, so there should be at least 9 calories in it (not that it matters)
