Whats a good compound exercise for targetting rear delts and upper traps?

    should I do dumbell rows and upright rows? :hsd:

    actually I need a workout to build some real muscle for my rhomboids.

    Look at

    to find exercises for body parts

    Upright rows hit side delts with a tiny bit of front delt. They do NOTHING for rear delts.

    It says at the side - "Target: Deltoid, Lateral"

    You can do bent over reverse flys/pulls for rear delts:

    It's kinda the reverse of a bench press

    As for upper traps: choose any of these:
