Whats a good book to learn ActionScript?

    I am not a coder AT ALL and its really bothering me that i have to learn this. Im terrible with code.

    One thing i notice, is that looking at books, theyre all books for coders. People who understand and have been programming for ever, or are at least intended to read from a programming prospective.

    I want to learn things like, how do i make a "preloader" (loading... 10, 20, 50, 100%) when the thing is downloading, or how to make buttons go from one point to another within a .swf file. All these book i read have garbage about importing database files and .js files.
    Im not going to be doing any of that. :uh:

    i used a lynda.com tutorial so i wouldn't have to read it
