fucking answer or i kill
From my understanding BCAA = protein.
You pry mean the free form or whatever BCAA, which is something like NOXPLOD or whatever it's called.
the sample I got from anabolic innovations tasted good, but I have no idea how well it works as it was a one serving sample
I like xtend

ok i think i'll pick some xtend up. thanks...
and a big what the fuck to poster number 2.
I just ordered some X-tend!! When I was younger I would keep up with all of the new supplements but I haven't done so in years. Thanx guys for keeping me up to date!! Mainsucks is who first told me about the X-tend.
tastes good, mixes well - unlike most bcaa supplements
that's excell, it's their copy of xtend. it's good too though, little cheaper, mixes a little better, and has more flavor choices. i still buy xtend though just because it's easier to order along with other stuff but nutraplanet.com will be carrying Annabolic Innovations products soon.
good to know. Maybe AI will start packaging their stuff a little better than ziplocks.
actually they have containers and labels now for a few $ more. Although they still offer everything in bags at the original prices. I'm thinking the stuff they sell through nutraplanet will all be the labeled versions.
Isn't EAA> BCAA?
not necessarily because remember, anyone on a high-protein diet (relative to what your average person eats) is getting EAA's (which include BCAA's) in large quantities anyway. So if you're going to supplement additional amino's in free form, i think it may be better to focus on just the BCAA's, especially leucine, which have been shown to be most important for muscle growth.
I love xtend, drink 5-6 scoops with 1.5 scoops of substance pre workout. I don't use many supplements, but once I started with this, I'll never train without it.
how are the 8.5g of bcaa's in ISOPURE? are they free form or are they part of the whey complex? because ir eally felt better n the gym the day i had my isopure..seriously.
whats different about the xtend compared to the bn bcaa's?
Xtend™ is a precise, scientific blend of Energy Aminos™ consisting of the proven 2:1:1 ratio of Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), Glutamine, Citrulline Malate, and Vitamin B6
BN has BCAA's only.
you're such a smarty
