What kind of weight for the big 3 would somebody have to have for you to consider them having a good base?

I would think it to be a personal thing based on your own goals and especially your weight and build.

My LBM is 175, My personal expectation for a "good base" would be 300/400/400, bench/squat/dead.

Like the guy above said, it's a personal matter. A good base for a 220lb. aspiring powerlifter is gonna be different from a good base for a 175lb guy who just wants to be strong and fit. For me, a guy that's trying to fight and compete as a super middleweight (165lbs.), I'd be happy with breaking 1000lbs. total, maybe something like 400 dl/400 squat/250 bench.
