What's a good 1-Arm dumbbell snatch percentage?

    well i think i can do 50% of my bodyweight right now. is that good? gonna start BB snatching soon as well.

    Dont worry about good. Worry about becoming great. If you can do 50% now good. now try to get to 60% or Higher. Dont worry what you can do now worry about what you will be able to do later.

    Also get a coach to teach you the BB Snatch. It'll help in the long run.

    thanks man, but i was just asking cuz i like setting marks for myself, ie meeting 2x bodyweight squat.
