I remember seeing him all the time in older pride fights I dl'd when I was learning about MMA, but then he kinda dissapeared and nobody talks about him.

    What happened?

I respect his chin and stand up, but his ground game is truly horrendous. I am not a big fan of his.

i wish he would kick more though :o

it'd be hard to get the top kickboxers away from K1 and their pay

My coach and I were talking about that today, he has brutal hands but he hasn’t shown a really strong kick game (not to say he doesn’t have one??). Ive got my fingers crossed for the NYE fight

Edit - you can see where my loyalty lies though :wiggle:

maybe he doesn't have good balance and kicking leaves him too vulnerable? :dunno:

i'd hate to even get kicked in the thigh with those tree trunks though

Yea he isnt exactly the thinnest guy around, but he seems to be able to move well in the ring. On a side note did you see when he fought Wandy??

yeah, hunt seemed to always find himself on top of wandy, but would just airplane and smother until the ref stood them up :o

he's not very agile and dexterious though. he shuffles a lot, but probably to make sure that his feet are always planted
