why are so many people distracted by what other people are doing? who cares.
preaching to the choir brah
The reracking your weights, I totally understand your/OP anger. The people doing things they clearer shouldn't be doing okay, understandable as well. Like box jumps they clearly not ready for or plyo's too.
But there smith machines, chin machines, crunch machines all provide new excercises that can help people a lot. Like the chin machine for example if someone couldn't do a 10 chinups themself, I bet after trainging for weeks with an assisted chin machine the person wouldn't need it anymore. Also to recover from injuries as well. The new workout machines and excercises routines(eg box jumps, plyometrics) most have many benefits to them. Not everyone at the gym is there to be a bodybuilder some are there to get into better shape, and some are there to be better athletes so they need these different machines and routines.
Idk just my opinion.
Dude this is F&N. We're all elite and lift heavy shit.
why dont you post a single pic of yourself everytime I call you out pencil neck?
yeah well when he deadlifts 600 YOU'LL BE SORRY
People are afraid to fail, especially in public where people are watching.
leave that shit at the door, who cares. if you fail train harder and get that shit again.
Because its more exciting to talk about and do exotic shit than do fundamentals.
i pronounce 'ridicules' like 'hercules'
aren't you only, what 15lbs heavier than I? What the hell are you bragging about?
ZOMG! 600lb Deadlift!!
It's pretty much a reflection of our society at large. Basically, "If ain't broke, fix it". People are always looking for the NEW, IMPROVED whatever, that is gonna make things easier and quicker.
God Damn, this is going to be sweeter than I thought.
it depends on the gym itself a lot.
i mean, id expect a corporate gym to be filled with a bunch of wussies anyway. my school gym is mostly dudes benching/squatting/deads heavy.
How is one "not ready" to do box jumps? Just curious, because I recently started doing them recently on cardio days to help my vertical.
my gym is the same. guys squatting, benching and DL'ing (on the most part) and girls doing cardio, and bodyweight exercises. obviously you get some on either side that stray off the beaten track, but who gives a fuck about them, really.
stfu. you are the one who likes to have your ass eaten out, per the freakshiat forum. :bateman:
that nigga get he salad tossed?
