what you eat

    Some people that keep a good body what do you eat usually.. Please tell me what you usually eat every day..

    plain oatmeal, tub of cottage cheese with a can of grapefruit slices in it, wheat wraps with lean turkey slices and lettuce, no sauces, protein shakes with fat free milk and frozen bananas, wheat chex cereal with FF milk, skinless lean chicken breasts, gallon and a half of water, wheat grass shots occasionally, all natural fruit smoothies with protein/orange juice base, apple juice with creatine... i snack on apples throughout the day and apple sauce whenever... sometimes i eat PBJ sandwiches.
    thats about it usually

    eggs white
    pb sandwich
    oatmeal
    turkey sandwich
    some fruits

    could use some more protein, but looks pretty healthy. what are you planning to do to keep you from snacking

    Typical eating day for me during my current cut:


    7 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled with a slice of cut up ham
    1 packet of oatmeal.

    Pre-workout protein shake (1.5 scoops).

    Post workout protein shake (2 scoops - often made as a fruit smoothie).

    2 boneless-skinless chicken breasts with vege's and small side of either pasta or rice.

    Turkey wrapped up in a low-carb, whole wheat, protein tortilla.. Often with mustard and a slice of cheese.

    Generally this will put me ~ 1900 cal's and 200g's of protein.

    When I bulk (usually clean) it is quite similar just with much larger portions and another meal that will have more carbs and fat in it and I usually cut back 1 scoop from a shake due to all the protein I get from the extra food.
