What would you put in a perfect preworkout supp?

    Beta Alanine
    Geranium
    Caffeine
    ?

    I can't find any Arachidonic Acid powder anywhere. Just in pills like Max Out.

    coffee + sugar free dark chocolate.. gave me my best workouts so far (chocolate has magnesium which prevents lactic acid build up, and the sat fats make a good fuel source). mariuz pudzanowski also consumes alot of chocolate
