For the carb portion of your afternoon shake while you are at work......This has to be something easy to take down quickly and without a mess while drinking a 46g protein shake?????

I have usually been eating a Natures Valley Oat bar, but would like something a little more healthy with more carbs for energy during the workout......

does your office have a microwave -- if so you could buy those oatmeal bag things and heat water up in a cup then pour it in the actual bag -- all you need is throwaway cups, throwaway spoons and the bags. this can also be done if you measure out a certain amount of oats in a sandwich bag like i would imagine you are doing with the shake powder.

banana or two? -- alot of convenient stores sell them pretty cheap if you stop and pick up a cup of coffee on the way to work like i used to.

those were my choices when i was busy during the semester :o
