This picture was taking about a 2 weeks ago. I want to work on my back, delts and trapezious the most.

I havent worked out at a gym in over 2 years. All muscle volume is from my current job, lifting 80lb bundles of shingles 6 days a week.. Lifting between 4-500 bundles a day..

At this point you need to work on everything. Maybe several years down the road you may want to bring up certain bodyparts that didn't respond well or whatever but that is definitely not your concern right now

Well, at least you'll be starting off on the right foot. You don't have to worry about dropping a lot of fat weight or anything, and you have a frame going. Now you just have to build that house up some more.
    HOUSE.
