    I'm in AZ on business.

I have a few errands to run and then I'm meeting co-workers for dinner at a restaurant that serves alcohol. Therefore I cannot legally carry in the restaurant.

How would you handle this situation?

I'm thinking I'll lock my weapon in the glove box but I'm not thrilled with the whole thing. :hsd:

    Where in AZ?

I'd probably just lock it in the glove box and park close to the building/lights.

Welcome to Ohio.... oh I mean...

Lock in glove box... check what the tolerance is on drinking and carrying in AZ.... in Ohio it is 0 tolerance... so 0.0000000000 BAC

  5. Usually in those situations I'll disassemble the weapon and lock the parts in the glovebox and keep the slide in my pocket. At least if it gets stolen it won't be of much use that way.

I'd just leave it in the glove box/console. If you can park close to the building/in a well lit area that's a plus, but really unless you're in a very shady part of town or a lot of people know it's there I woudn't be too worried.

I carry in places that serve alcohol all the time. Not like there's CCW police walking table to table. It's concealed for a reason. If you need to use it and haven't been drinking, they won't prosecute (AFAIK).

    .

that's why I removed my index fingers and made them into sleeves for the barrels of the gats in my forearms.

When have you ever seen someone that's not a gun person notice someone printing and know it's a gun?

I don't care if I print most of the time if I am carrying somewhere where it is actually legal. Printing is not illegal in the state of Ohio, and 99% of the time people will not be curious enough to ask.

Now places where it is actually ILLEGAL in the state of Ohio to carry (places that serve alcohol for consumption on premises, state buildings, etc) I would not chance a print, where most likely people will be more apt to notice.

When are the only times you would never print? When you are not carrying at all.

Back when I took my CHL class, an instructor went and dressed completely around the gun, deep concealment, and still printed from time to time.

Bascially "Rob Me Signs" I'll take the risk
Where it is actually illegal, no thanks.

I don't risk it anywhere that it is an actual crime to be carrying

In Ohio that would be places that serve alcohol for consumption on premesis, state and fed buildings, schools

"Rob me" signs are a trespass ticket and do not result in revocation of your CHL

Well, overall I think I made the right call. I'd rather AZ was like TX and had a 51% rule rather than making restaurants off-limits altogether. :sad2:
