What would OT F&N do?? Tryin to get big for summer. What do i need Supp wise?

    Alright so i hit the gym pretty daily. I average about 5 days a week. My stats are

    6'1-2
    200 lbs


    Squat - 315 for 10
    Bench - 225 for 12


    Thats an idea about where im at. I basically wanna add about 10 lbs and cut up some. Add some size to my legs and arms and chest.


    Whats a good supplemet stack i can get to help me get to where i wanna be? Id like to do this natural aswell. I was thinking....

    CEE
    Multi


    Is there anything else i can take to throw in there to help certain areas?? Would anyone recomend an NO product? Etc?

    Protein is realliy the only thing that is going to help give you a considerable edge. Best thing you can do is keep your diet in check, and if you want add some creatine or go to another level like Jungle Warfare.
    If you're only 200lbs at over 6' though, I doubt you have hit your potential on diet and a solid workout regamine.

    alright... you need to shut the fuck up with supplements. This is your third thread asking about stupid shit. Get your diet in order, take a multivitamin, take some creatine, supplement some whey, and take some healthy fats. NO products suck.

    Relax bro, i deleted the other one. Im just stuck right now and havent been on the boards for a while so im out of the loop..

    I liked NO-xplode. I got tremendous pumps, was always focused, and got some strength gains... Id like to get some more but its expensive..

    Your pumps, focus, and gains on NO-Xplode have been proven for the most part to be placebo.

    No bullshit man, what you are looking for is whey, creatine ethyl ester (CEE), fish oil caps, compound lifts, and at least some cardio.

    You're not going to add 10 lbs and "cut up" some at the same time. You can add some strength while cutting, but don't expect pretty much anything significant what so ever before the summer. 1 1/2 months isn't shit.

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's the truth. We all figure it out eventually.

Blood is rushing into your muscles and that's what we call The Pump. You muscles get a really tight feeling, like your skin is going to explode any minute, and it's really tight - it's like somebody blowing air into it, into your muscle. It just blows up, and it feels really different. It feels fantastic.

    when ed just collapses after squatting, and arnold steps over him to get ready to squat and tells him "move i need to workout" it gets me motivated to work untill i cant move also
