I doubt he will get a guaranteed $250,000 like Brock is getting.

If you are the UFC what are you going offer him and how much would M1 put up to get Tim to jump ship?

Tim is currently on a $100,000 to show $100,000 to win contract.
Brock $250,000 show $200,000 to win.

Sorry Tim, Brock has the bigger name. I bet 85% of the buys for 81 were to see Brock's UFC debut and not Nog choking Tim.

truth. Sometimes you have to realize that youre not a major draw anymore. (Eveyrbody used to watch in hopes of seeing tim dethroned).
Now if he goes to m1, he will absolutely fight Fedor. Thats good news.

    Where was that posted?

  5. the constant-dollar price of cattle virtually mirrors that of commodities generally, and both are very depressed. Because commodity prices, including cattle prices, appear to be reversing their decades-long downtrends, producers should be very excited because prices may continue up for several years!

i would honestly keep him at the 100k/100k. he's good enough, and love him or hate him he's always stiff competition for who-ever he fights. he had two bad outings back to back with arlovski and snowman, but for the most part all his fights are action packed and exciting. what can i say, the big goof is growin on me :dunno:

The only reason I can see keep Tim is to keep some of the heavyweight foundation intact.

But at the cost of $250k+ per fight, i think not. Tim isn't as much a draw as used to be.

It's pretty sickening when someone's bitching about 100K (sans sponsors) salary when there are thousands of fighters busting their asses just for the love of the sport.

I'd rather watch Brock fight than Tim. I've never been all that interested in a Tim fight. I hope he goes to M1.

    Money source was from mmajunkie.com

The Tim quote was posted by him on his official website.

Those thousands of fighters aren't top 5 heavyweights though.

Big Timmah to M-1! Fedor via armbar!

Thats because he didn't tap quick enough against Mir.
