    its relative to each person..

also depends on what your goals are, or what you enjoy doing.

<6min/mi is FAST. thats more than fit. i cant do that, but can play raquetball for 2-3 hrs straight. ive found, no matter what i do, diff muscles are used. i can run, bike, rollerblade, etc, all use diff muscles.. so its tough to be generically 'fit'

1.5x bw bench is prolly doable for most, but ppl whom never lift dont need this. martial artists cant do this, but a punch from them is more wel delivered than any strongman, so, i guess there isnt really an answer as its so individualized.

the average gym goer/fitness enthusiast should prolly train for 1.5xbench and 2x squat/dead. as you get older, may be a bit much on the joints though, esp without a lifting background..

Being both "fit" and strong is VERY rare indeed :coold:

For the non-juicer... strength, I agree with the 1000lb rule. Any combo of bench, squat, deadlift = 1000lb for reps.

    For the juicer... 2000lb

No. But assuming that a juicer has more experience (he should), and is already "decently" strong (he should be by the time he starts juicing) and older (he should be by the time he starts juicing), they are held to a higher standard. The 1000lb isn't unreasonable (as you confirmed above), and neither is the 2000lb

2000 is actually pretty unreasonable, considering alot of juicers don't powerlift, and aren't gonna bench 500+ and squat/deadlift 700+.

Why the :ugh: face? Realize you're a dipshit? 1500's fair, as long as the steroids are also supplmented with healthy doses of steel cut oats.
