Those stairmaster machine things or biking?
elliptical is pretty easy on my knees.
biking is good too.
My knees always hurt on the elliptical and I've never had a problem in the past with my knees hurting on anything else...
Depends on what causes your pain. Seated elliptical is the best though for knee pain.
Elliptical, stairmaster would be awful on your knees.
elliptical is great for my knees. (so is bike, but i hate the bike. time vs. calories burned isn't worth it.)
biking is better for my knees but it's worse for my anus so I choose elliptical.
Really depends on you and your body do you have pre-existing knee conditions or are you just worrying about nothing?
After knee surgery, the physical therapist had me doing only non-impact stuff.
So between those 2, biking would be the obvious choice.
swimming would be the best
skipping rope is decent on the knees and is pretty intense cardio. The eliptical is very nice but a very pussy cardio work out
