im guessing u mean bicycle and not motorcycle, shoot for lots of leg workouts, work to increase endurance, thats key. and get as low bf as you can cuz otherwise yer just carrying around useless weight that would make you lag behind.

doing high rep squats helped me on my bike...im talking 12-20 reps and not pussy shit either...you should be seeing stars by the 17th or 18th rep
