Currently 5'8 180lbs. So I am kind of plump... How long would it take me to job off 40lbs? :hsd: 2 mo's? If I mixed it up with some pushups, situps ect? I am 21 years old btw :coolugh: so I think if I wait any longer I will plump up to about 200lbs :wtc:

uhhh yea read the stickies. jogging wouldn't mean too much if you ate more, thinking that you deserve the extra treat for jogging. it's all about the diet, then exercise, then rest and supplements

you want to lose about 22%-23% of your body weight in 2 months?

1st get some realistic healthy goals then come back.

why do people think they can or should just lose all their fat overnight, jesus christ, oh ok, yeah run for 2 months and you'll be in perfect shape with no body fat, it's that easy and fast, the rest of us are just to lazy to work out for 2 whole months......

well since you dont sweat while swimming, there is zero chance of any weight loss.

That's more realistic.. but you'll have to be completely focused on a good diet and excercise plan. You're better off doing a mild form of HIIT rather than jogging. More intensity = more fat loss. Weight training would help as well.

Diet is very important. You can't just eat less.. and think just because you ate 2 small meals the whole day.. that you're losing weight. Ideally you want about 5-6 small nutritious meals spread out through the day to keep your metabolism top notch.

2 1/2 lbs a week isnt unrealistic but it will take diet and dedication...... Goodluck

Change your lifestyle, you don't need a diet - you need a damn overhaul if you're 21, no muscle and 40lbs over weight.
