what will 3 weeks off do to my body?

    my doctor told me to take 3 weeks off to let my left wrist heal. (i poped a bone out of it) will i lose lean mass even if im eating enough to keep my wieght even if im doin some leg work and cardio. if i will can anyone sugggests som workouts that dont put stress on my wrists?

    take the time off you fucking moron

    bones popping out is not grounds for throwing around plates

    otherwise, maintain your caloric intake according to your activity without weightlifting and incorporate cardio to balance it out if needed

    nothing wrong with letting your body take a break

    just don't take a break from the diet. maybe drop the calories a little bit, but keep it fairly high
