    i think i was like 260 in that pic, im 295 now. middle of may i was 235.

    I ate most of my roommates birthday cake. I keep telling my roomies that if they leave food out, I'm gonna eat it. They just will never learn

    Chicken & cheese meatball sandwich with cheese and tomato sauce. Followed by cottage cheese and yogurt for dessert. Last night was my first bulking dinner…I forgot how much I missed it. Well, all but the bulking farts that comes with a high protein/high fibre diet

    Protein Shake, bag of jerky, 2 chicken breasts, bunch of cottage cheese, and a strawberry shortcake protein bar for dessert...

    Really? I've been putting on alot of muscle with this high protein, relatively low fat, low carb diet....

    i also drank about a half gallon of milk throughout the day...that has a bunch of carbs in it...
