someone suggested i get a tuffer buffer (done), and one more thing that i don't remember
trigger group, barrel, stock and scope?
theres not too many parts to replace, especially the most common ones.
plus, i dont think anyone would remember offhand the precise advice that "someone" gave you
yah, i know. i just figured i'd try
pedobear sticker for the stock.
I would say a must have is the auto bolt release. Otherwise you have to hit that tiny button with takes two hands to drop the bolt. With the auto bolt release you just pull back on the bolt handle to drop the bolt.
One of the mods I have on mine. Love it.
its probably the only mod i DONT have, embarrassingly enough
Buffer, bolt release, mag release
you can do that mod yourself
The only modifications I've made to mine are the ShockStop bolt buffer, auto bolt release, and extended mag release.
[yar]KIDD trigger, yo[/yar]
Well now that you mention it, the kidd trigger comes with a auto bolt release and extended mag release. I mean on top of that sweet 3oz - 8oz trigger.
I got the 7oz
Click for kidd trigger yo
the auto bolt release can be done for free with a file and 5 minutes
Get in there with a file. It's easy to do.
Second thing you were supposed to do was Shoot It. Then decide what you want to do next.
yeah. once i had it all back together i was like "". i'll probably fuck with it when im back in merced
cleaning it? the only time i cleaned my 10/22 was when i rebuilt it (after approx. 2500-3000 rounds)
I'm still on the lookout for a 'pre-plastic trigger guard' 10/22.
Or someone that got a Kidd can sell me their stock trigger group for $5.
damn tuffer buffer took me 3 hours to fenagle in the right way!
it's like (re)inserting that damn bolt stop pin, only it's made of freakin' jello!
Volquartsen hammer package.
