GUN what was that $60 rifle that everyone was saying is for beginners?

    i think a bunch of people were recommending it for beginners or for a first gun. i think they said they got it at walmart or dicks or something like that too? i believe it was black. thanks.

    Not sure which gun you're referring to... But I'm sure it's a single shot .22

    Marlin maybe? I think they have some pretty cheap single shot .22's

    Either way, even a non-single shot .22 would be good. Such as a ruger 10/22 which has tons of accessories out there.

    You can buy normal color Crickets. But I would suggest a Marlin/Glenfield Used .22 semi-auto.

    though I'm no sure sure a mosin is a good first gun, what with a good bit of recoil and corrosive ammo and all.

    Not a great starter gun, stout recoil. But on the plus side, you will learn the gun pretty well because you have to take it totally apart to clean the cosmoline out. Plus 7.62R is the cheapest rifle ammunition out there right now.

    its got like zero recoil with the 147gr surplus ammo... it is corrosive though.
