what vitamins to take

    currently i've been taking daily:
    1 1000mg fish oil
    1 1000mcg vitamin B-12
    1 400iu vitamin E with CoQ10
    2 1000mg vitamin C

    what am i missing to keep in check? i've been trying to eat healthy lately and just started taking these. i know it's a little late but you gotta start sometime. basically my goal is to be as healthly as possible and give my body everything it needs. i'm tired of coming home from work fatigued and taking a nap. i'm always tired and have little energy. i'm not fat but i do have a gut i want to work on getting rid of.

    I think you need more fish oil.

    Get a good multivitamin too.

    so take 2000mg at a time? or 1 in the morning and 1 at night? can too much be bad for you?

    I take 10g's a day. 4-3-3.

    I don't think taking 1g has enough effect, but I'm not a smart person. wait until someone more informed chimes in. I think the ideal amount was 4-6g's of EPA and DHA. (forgot) but I am happy with taking 10.

    but do you work out? i'm not working out, as of yet. i wanna see if i can mantain a healthly diet for a little while, and then im going to start working out
