what up with my joints?

    I've recently developed some pain in my knees, shoulders, and forearms. I was pussy foooting arround for a while, so about a month ago I started hitting the gym 5 days per week for about 90 minutes per day. Ya think this is just my body asking for a break, or am I doing something wrong?

    pussy footing to 1.5 hour session x 5 per week, that'll put some strain on you. take your volume down about 50% for 2 weeks, go up to 75% for 2 weeks and then go up to 100%, see if that helps.
