    Curious as to what the predominant one is...

    I'm currently on a upper/lower, before that, I always did a split body part.

    Theoretically, abs and cardio are worked in throughout....

    Monday: Max Effort Squat/DL

    Tuesday: Raw Strength Bench

    Wednesday: GPP

    Thursday: Dynamic Effort Squat/DL

    Friday: Shirted Bench Work (boards, lockout, etc), Finish with a heavy shirted triple, double, or single depending on week for form and touching work

    you don't train at westside, so its not westside and you cant call it conjugated periodization because that sounds like one routine.

    well, its not a "westside" routine... you won't find the bench workout in an EFS manual or see it recommended by louie. its just a powerlifting routine... no fancy names.

    oh and this is my new routine for my meet training cycle, so stay tuned for updates and to see the full routine. look at my log next week if you want to copy anything, I'm actually doing it backwards this week because of family obligations/travel on thursday and friday. I benched yesterday.
